Passing through and showed up on a Friday after the lunch hour. Found it to be about the only business in little Northport with any customers inside. Understaffed so had a pretty long wait time to even be greeted with a menu and then an even longer wait for the food. Food was decent. Basic tavern fare cheeseburger although the Jo’s were good. All in all probably the most solid offering you’re going to find in Northport but I’m not sure that’s really saying much.

Holy MOLY what an absolute gem of a place! We were passing thru, and waited for them to open and I’m so thankful we did. We ordered five things off the menu, we are eaters, and it was all absolutely delicious! You can taste the love, passion, talent, and care in their food. We will gladly drive the two hours from our home to go and see Mike and Amanda again, chat with them about food, all while eating their fantastic food!

I would like to like this place. Inconsistent service keeps me from giving it a hearty recommendation . Today the soup is lukewarm, for instance. Naturally the people took care of the problem quickly and correctly. The staff are very good at pouring beer, but the fact that the food service is always a little bit of a wild card prevents me from reading it higher.

The “Old Timers” pizza I had last night is probably the best tasting, most huge pizza I have ever ordered. It is literally worth a drive from someplace distant. Our other guests were very pleased with thier smash burgers, and prime rib meals (which btw is supposed to be med rare and have a chunk of fat attached).

I swear it use to be nice. But as always order well done prime rib. And as usual still raw. Y’all need better cooks. And then maybe it would be worth 30 dollars y’all are try to make off one prime rib special, that’s not evan with a drink . plus quit selling just mostly bad cuts. Too much fat. Beware people. I have to make my own sides because of my dairy issue. But see all the fat. This is just half of the prime rib. Because it’s expensive to order stuff I can’t eat so we split the prime rib. The meats raw. Too red for me.
