I got the 2 meat platter, brisket and pulled pork, baked beans, mac&cheese. Meat was great, the brisket did have a good bit of fat around it but just pulled it off. Pulled pork was excellent. None of it was dry. Baked beans were ok, just not as good as others. Don’t care for m&c, my wife ate it. I do recommend this place. Give it a try.

If I could give it 1 star, I would. This was the worst BBQ ever. My husband had terrible food poisoning and was very sick for 2 days. We had to pay for 2 extra nights at our condo/hotel to stay extra time while he recovered. It was a very unpleasant experience for our whole family.

I got in the line around 1:15. As I got to the cafeteria style plating of the bbq every single option was already dried out. The triple pork sandwich was wrapped and “premade” so I did choose that as I wasn’t paying high bbq previews for dried out meat. Pulled pork was probably the best option if I had too choose.

Excellent food. I had the smoked chicken and it was so moist and tasty. I also had the macaroni and beans….super good. We almost didn’t come here because of the poor reviews. They must have took the reviews seriously and made great changes.

Don’t listen to anybody that says this BBQ is good. It is TERRIBLE!! First of all the food is overpriced for the portions you’re given. Second, the food is NASTY!! Who wants lettuce and tomato on pulled pork sandwiches?? The food just tasted and looked horrible, my family took one bite and was done. I honestly lost my appetite for the rest of the day. DONT EAT HERE!!!

Food is expensive for what you get. The half rack of ribs is the small half. Always seems like it’s on the dryer side… As much as it appears they sell, I’d think they could have fresher meat.

This place has some of the best barbecue in the region. They have a dedicated Pitmaster and lots of options. Everything is amazing, but the portions could be larger for the price you are charged, especially for the sides. The restaurant is located right at the edge of the Mystic River ride so it is fun to watch the people riding while you’re eating.
