We just had a small second wedding here as it holds a special place in our hearts. We had our first date here and have returned yearly on our dating anniversary. I can’t say enough about our wedding here. It was perfect in every way. The drinks were great, price was right, food top notch, and atmosphere perfect. The owner Adrian is more than easy to work with and accommodating and his new event planner Jenna was the perfect addition for planning and to help the day go smoothly. The ceremony set up was beautifully and holding the event on a Sunday gave us the entire restaurant (for reference we had roughly 40 guests) Anyone looking for a small affordable wedding celebration, do not overlook Riverview. You will not be disappointed.

I’ve been here twice now. First time was pretty good but I can’t remember much from it other than an oyster/mussel (I can’t remember which) appetizer that isn’t on the menu anymore – they seem to have a seasonal menu, so no big deal about not having the app during my second visit. My second visit was not as pleasant, unfortunately. Got the chicken wing appetizer with the soy glaze, burger & fries, and the salmon entree. Wings were great, burger was good, fries were lukewarm when we got them, the salmon entree was a disaster. The salmon entree is a $28 dish with a ~0.5lb filet of salmon sitting in a pool of cream sauce and olive oil with a crusted top that is pure iodized salt. Needless to say, if you take a bite of the crusted top of that salmon, your palate will be blown out for the next few hours. You’ll see in the pic I added that I had to cut the crust on top of the salmon off because it was that bad. The cream sauce & olive oil and side serving of fingerling potatoes, onions, and tomatoes isn’t too bad, but all of those components lack seasoning and salt (which is crazy given how much salt is on top of the salmon). I could go on about this salmon dish, but the main points here are 1.) It’s a really bad dish and 2.) They’re charging $28 for it. I’d probably give this place a 4 if the menu prices were cheaper, but they’re charging prices that are far too high for the quality of food/drink they’re serving.

I recently hosted my Mother’s birthday celebration at Riverview Restaurant, and it was absolutely amazing! From the numerous phone calls for planning up to the moment we arrived, Jenna treated us like royalty, providing impeccable service throughout the event. The private room was beautifully decorated, creating a charming and sophisticated ambiance. The food was exceptional and the cocktails were unforgettable! The waitstaff were attentive, friendly, and ensured that every guest felt well taken care of. The team at Riverview Restaurant was incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to make the celebration personalized and special. We’ve been going to Riverview on Tuesday nights for a couple of months now. We get the Double Deal where you get an entree and a cocktail for $15. Always something interesting on the menu. Go early, they open at 4, and be sure to make a reservation! The outdoor seating is lovely!! Only drawback is the parking…wear comfy shoes because you might be walking a block or two!

I really like Riverview. They have an excellent happy hour. We love to sit at the bar and hang out. The food is really good. We recently had Sunday brunch there. The best thing to order is tuna tartare. Skip the waffles. They were terrible but everything else was good. I highly recommend drinks and dinner and a walk by the river. The staff is fantastic!

Stopped in for just a drink on a Saturday night. Very busy, nice to see people out and about. Sat at the indoor bar, took about 10 minutes for the bartender to acknowledge me because it was so busy. Once he saw me he was very attentive. People around me were eating dinner. I asked the customers how everything was and they said it was good. I will most definitely go back to try the food for sure. The bar menu looked pretty good too. The inside of the restaurant is very nice, and they have an awesome outdoor area for drinks and food. Really nice place!!

Phew, okay. Just left this place and it was horrible. Our wings were cooked medium rare, the ribs were very very bad, the Caesar salad and pork belly was just horrible and flavorless, and the salmon was okay. The fries, with truffle, were great. The blue cheese dressing was great. Drinks, minus the wine, horrible.
