Unfortunately, we were not overly impressed with this restaurant. We were there for a Friday fish fry. The cod was ok, not much seasoning or flavor. Also had the northern pike. That was pretty good. One in our party ordered prime rib rare and got it more like medium.But waitress forgot all of our salads and didn’t make any attempt to compensate us for forgetting them.

“The River Inn…” For being out in the “middle of nowhere” – this Supper Club definitely takes the cake! Of the number of times I’ve gone for dinner, portion sizes are sufficient. Excellent ribs and wings. A downfall of this Supper Club and Bar is the fact that it is in the valley of the Yellow River, you don’t get much for cell service down there, but you don’t necessarily bring your phone to the bar and text your buddies. Just a short drive north of Boyd, the staff there are very friendly and know how to carry on a conversation.

Took my Mom out for lunch for chicken , was quite overly cooked. I had fish, very dry with no flavor .My other sister had a chicken sandwich, almost rubbery. I would never ever go there again and eat it was disgusting. The tablecloth was filthy dirty with residusl food. My sister had an orange juice drink that was so thick it was full of pulp there was hardly any liquid . So disappointing .

I would never recommend this place now. Brought my family here, come to find out they have new owners. Food is overpriced and not fully cooked. I have small children and the wait was ridiculous. Enter at your own risk, watch your children’s food.
