We have eaten at Riviera Tapas a number of times, and always find the food consistently very good and the prices reasonable (even better for Happy Hour items). The bacon wrapped dates are a must every time we visit. This was our first time in their new location (across the street from the old), and we liked the new atmosphere and seating much better.

Really fine cooking with a good hand for seasoning and skillful timing. I enjoyed all my dishes that I ordered and every ingredient was well cooked and paired. I literally ate everything thing on each plate. Great to find good tapas without DC madness and prices.

Riviera is a gem in Riverdale and I hope they stick around for a long time. The food is really excellent and we tend to do take out a lot. The location itself is loud and lively – very family friendly. It’s also good if you want a quick meal before heading over to Town Center for a drink.
