Love to eat hear when visiting Kauai. You need to arrive early or you gonna miss out on your favorite dish. I love their mung bean soup with bittermelon leaves, pinapaitan, pinakbet, chicken soup with bittermelon leaves, and pork hocks with potatoes. Yummy.. There are tables to eat right then and there , water provided or you can purchase a. Beverage. Several kind of desert to purchase and of course talking with the locals and getting tips on where to travel on the island for some fun. I always try to eat here at least 3-4 times while I visit this island
