I stopped in for some lunch today and decided on the caprese salad and side of meatballs since I’m on a meatball kick! This is a tiny but cute pizzeria tucked into the strip mall on Rte. 46 west near Franklin Road in Rockaway. I thought the salad was very good although it would have (and I’m big advocate of balsamic vinegar) been just a good with a little less dressing. The cheese, basil, and mozzarella were fresh and it was very satisfying. The meatballs were also quite good and I dug the sauce. The meatballs were pretty big and had a nice flavor. They were appropriately dense without being too full of breadcrumbs that tend to detract from the flavor value. The salad came with three rolls and although I didn’t eat them (I gave to my friend at work) they looked and felt fresh! It took a little longer than I expected to wait for my order so next time I’ll call ahead. I haven’t dined in yet so I’ll do an update on this review when I do. I like the little chalkboard of specials and the warmth of the simple but welcoming atmosphere and decor.

Amazing Grace was a very good Host and provided a 5 star Customer Service experience. The place was very clean and provide many different slice options for lunch. I selected the grandma slice which was $3.47. The sauce was excellent with a little bite, cheese was very fresh with goid flavor and the crust was good. The crust was different on each end of the slice, which provided 2 different bites. The sauce was the star of the show. This place should make the list for the 2020 Morris County Tournament of Pizza. I would go back again, 4.5 stars. Just need a little more with the crust. Amazing Job Grace…

I got a calzone and chicken wings to go. I’ll speak for the calzone because that’s what I had, I thought it was good. Very cheesy. I would buy it again, my girlfriend had the buffalo wings and she said that they were good.
