Only one service man to handle all tables. Hard to get hold of him, have to ask casher or asking other people to have service. The octopus is very hard to bite in 2020,2021,2022, and now 2023. Steaming Tufo was not available. The workers are friendly, just not enough workers. Nice restaurant, it is clean.

Never come back again! Food are disgusting. Meet are not fresh and dry. The salad bar is a joke. Food presentation are really bad. Feel like the restaurant is going to bankrupt soon.

Great BBQ. The meat quality was awesome and the little buffet for the banchan, it was great to go up and grab as much or as little. My favorites were the bone-in galbi and the pork jowl. Both were great once grilled to perfection. The service was good for them being understaffed. So please be patient with them!!

I don’t normally review a place more than once. My first experience was a mess. My second experience was a lot better. I was introduced to the salad bar and found all the yummy sides that are usually brought to your table at other restaurants. But this one is self serve and you can pile it on. So I changed my review. I’m changing it again.

Honestly I’ve tried this place 3 TIMES I kept trying to give them a chance but this is the worst kbbq I have ever been too. They are Rude, basically kicked us us out after an hour,came to offer us meat 2 times only, never brought our full order, acted deaf when called over, my child is 7 and was charged full adult price and at salad bar food was full of flies! This was the last straw! If you want great food and customer service Gen house is way better and worth the price, great service and not rude to customers! I’ll never go back to this place again!
