My husband and I decided to have a date night. We live in Lebanon and chose the Log Cabin to support a local business. When I walked in I noticed a not so pleasant sour smell in the air and we waited a good 10 to 15 minutes and we’re not served so we left. This place used to be great I don’t know what happened. Maybe it was just an off night.

It has been years since we had tried Roberto’s and I think it will be a while before we try again. Two out of three main entrees in our party were barely warm; one baked fish was also undercooked. Service was polite but very slow, which we would accept if it was busy (it wasn’t) or if the meals were perfectly prepared (they weren’t). Slightly overpriced for the overall value and quality of service.

Good service and great food. The French onion soup and “Papas fries de Santa ana” for appetizers OMG heaven!!!! I also recommend the fish tacos or “War office” pasta but I’m sure the whole menu is tasty. So delicious we went back two days after.

It was our first time since it’s been Roberto’s. So going in I was expecting a different atmosphere of decorations. It still looked like the old Log Cabin. I would’ve like to see decorations of the owners personality since he mentions his grandma Emma on the menu. Service was awesome. I loved the calamari. I had the fajita salad with steak. It was good, but I would’ve like larger pieces of steak cooked medium rare and raw onions rather than cooked, and maybe a few tortilla chips.

This is a great place to eat. Food is always excellent. Very comfortable atmosphere. Once you place your order until when you get your food, is slow at times, but that never really bothered me.
