Came to eat lunch. Ordered a #11. Told them no guacamole and add sour cream instead. They forgot to add the sour cream so we went to ask for some. They charged us $4 for a small side of sour cream. If this isn’t price gouging I don’t know what is! rolled tacos were burned beyond eating also. (Sour cream in picture is what I added after I purchased)

I ordered two breakfast burritos, one ham and the other bacon. They had big pieces of potatoes which were not fully cooked. The potato pieces should be smaller and they should be cooked prior to cooking the eggs and bacon/ham. They take longer to cook and a little salt/pepper would also help the flavor.

I placed an ordered a chicken tosta. When I got home I had a bean tosta. I called and was told to bring the food back for replacement. Which I did. Then I proceeded to ask for a small cup for a fountain drink while I waited, I was refused and told I would have to pay. Smh. I wasted gas and my time to go back and get the food I already paid for!

This is the worst robertos location I have ever seen. They skimp on ingredients, will deliver you the wrong order and then hang up on you 5 times in a row because they don’t have a single employee that speaks English and can deal with problems. This resteraunt should be shut down. Do not eat here.

This is close by favorite. Some good food, clean business, and good service. They also speak Spanish. Breakfast Burritos are always a favorite, rolled tacos and chimichanga. California Burritos seem popular. Recommend giving them a try. Just in for a Bacon Breakfast Burrito on this particular day.

Horrible experience today. We used to love this Robertos out of the other 2 that are way closer to us. Me and my husband went today and he ordered the #5 beef burrito plate and the cook put nothing but onions and bell peppers on the burrito with a couple of pieces of meat. When we told the cashier nicely she told the cook and he started cursing and complaining about it in spanish. When I said i understood spanish they just acted as if they didn’t hear me. He made another one but made it the same way. Way to go with the customer service. Will never go here again.
