I used to go 2-3 times a week when I would get off work late early morning. The last 4 times I have gone threw the drive threw they have messed up my order I always get 4 chicken tacos and get them with no lettuce as it messes up my stomach. I called and let them know that it was messed up again and they said they would have someone call me the next morning no one called. So I brought the receipt back the next afternoon for them to tell me I should have saved the food from 1 am that morning to bring in. Then told me that nothing could be done due to policy. The lady I had spoke to on the phone mentioned nothing of this so it got tossed. They lost a loyal customer. Not only for my late night taco runs but for my family dinner nights once a week!

Place was clean, staff was friendly. I read the menu, saw the beautiful photos of the foods, and got so excited. I ordered my food, not happy at the prices but still anticipating an authentic meal. Got my food, tasted my food, and immediately felt betrayed! This food had no flavors. I had chicken taquitos… The chicken was literally cooked and put in the taco as is. The beef in the burrito was roast beef, bland and plain. They sprinkle cheese onto tortilla chips and call that chips with cheese!? The guacamole tasted of heavy lime, nothing else. If you dislike flavor maybe this is for you but authentic, nada. Extremely disappointed and I’m from Illinois! Land of disappointment but apparently way better Mexican food.

Nothing is ever consistent here. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone and they don’t put everything on the plate that the menu shows should be on the plate. Example on 7/19/23 I ordered a Carne Asada plate, got home and there’s no guac, pico, or lettuce. Only meat, rice, and beans. Very disappointing in the service especially if you compare to other Roberto’s shops.

Actually all the atmosphere a fast food joint can offer. A little disappointed in the just plain tacos but the beef enchiladas were without a doubt the best beef enchiladas ever. Will go back just for the enchiladas and maybe to try their version of street tacos.

Best drive-thru Mexican there is! Went late at night and the food was good for fast food in the middle of the desert. Had a taco and a cheese enchilada. Can’t be beat for the price, quick and easy service!
