Customer service, Laura was amazing, and I must mention, this location was very clean. I arrived around 2am and the cashier was very kind and helped me with my order. The cooks in the back made my meal fresh with no delay. My order came out quickly(5min) The food was high quality as expected.

My husband and I were looking forward to going to Roberto’s Taco Shop Saturday night. Our first time visiting. Lousy experience. The order-taker/cashier was very rude, nasty and distant – no eye contact. After placing the order, before sitting, we moved to another table because the seat was dirty. The food was okay. But my order was cold.

So, it’s been a week since I been to a Robertos prior to that it’s been years bcuz the 1 by my house on Russell and Boulder is absolutely horrible. So let’s try this location WOW store clean and the employees so damn nice and welcoming like Robertos used to be. This store takes pride in the food, it was amazing like it used to be. Plus they the only 1s iv seen that have Robertos wife’s picture as a memorial it was beautiful to see. These locations have lost connection with the food quality and service that Robertos was built on as a family ran restaurant business, now they are all franchise and yeah the stores speak for themselves now. For a restaurant that opens 24 hours, roberto’s never disappoints. Jamaica Fresca is my favorite. I always get the breakfast burrito or chicken burrito. They have the base basic burritos and you can add additional toppings of choice for extra charge. I can get a huge burrito for around $8-9 worth two meals. Basic ones start around $5 I think but it’s priced very reasonably for the portion. Good food and quick service.

We had went late night around 12am as we walked in it smelled bad and the lady at the register ignored us and continued to count the register. Then closed it and walked away. Horrible customer service and they are a 24hr restaurant but she told us it was closed. Never again
