The food was ok, however I agree with other reviews that they are very light on cheese. We got cheese nachos that were greasy, very light on cheese and it wasn’t melted at all. The employee up front never acknowledged us and just kept walking back and forth. There were no other customers so they weren’t over taxed. When we ordered she kept saying ” what else” before we could finish. No thank you, have a good day or anything. They even have a sign up excusing them if they don’t say thank you due to being busy… seems like they know customer service may be an issue.

I enjoy their food every now and again, but the service is awful. My issue is that I am allergic to avocado so I always order a burrito with no guacamole, well they only get it right 50% of the time if I’m lucky.. i can see it on the receipt and it clearly says no avocado so apparently they don’t care or just can’t read.

I went there recently for the first time because my fiancé recommended it, I went through their drive through and the woman at the window was very rude and unprofessional. She treated me as if I was a fool, I didn’t know the menu and I didn’t know how to order certain things and she seemed annoyed. The food is great. It can be pricey

I’ve been coming every week, up until last month I picked up a burrito every other day. But since last month they’ve been slipping. I usually order bean burrito no cheese. It’s a hit or miss lately. And the tortillas is always raw. So now because it’s convenient and the beans is usually good I pick one up anyways and toast it myself in my air fryer when I get home that’s if there’s no cheese. I tried to call them about the mistake. And the same guy I talked to in English didn’t know English on the phone. Three stars because the beans are good service is a hit or miss too. The older ladies are way better at customer service than the younger peeps.

The food was great! My five-year-old daughter dove into hers and didn’t stop until it was all gone! We went through the drive thru so I really can’t comment on the atmosphere. I would definitely pass along this recommendation to someone else looking for a fast, but good, Mexican dish for lunch &/or dinner

Our first visit the food spilled all over the bag even leaked. I called them they apologized. 2 ND time and last. Pictures says it all. We asked sauce be in sperate bag, told them of our last experience. The same mess.

Surprisingly good tacos for a drive through experience! All come loaded with gauc by default which is nice. Quesadilla was also quite tasty. Prices are reasonable and service is quick. Overall would go back!

We love Roberto’s. Whether it is Las Vegas or Carson City, it is always delicious! OUR favorite are the crispy shredded beef tacos and refried beans. The red hot sauce is HOT, they do need to offer a true non-hot optional.
