This place is awesome and me and my Dad have been going here for years. The carne Asada fries are so, so good and same with California burrito. Sometimes I get the quesadillas & rolled tacos as well, I love those as well haha. Menu is so big it’s kinda hard to pick when they have so many great options, definitely will be going back to try the Takis and hot Cheeto burrito’s

This place is amazing! We stopped by for some quick lunch and man was it quick! The man at the counter was very helpful and efficient. They got our food to us in a very timely manner, and prices are very reasonable. We got California burritos and loved every bite, it was very filling. Sometimes with burrito places, the filling can be spread out bad so sometimes you get a bite of just sour cream or just guacamole, but that wasn’t the case here. Every bite of the burrito had everything in it. The restaurant is also very clean and well kept inside. One thing I would change is the Salsa Verde. It was good but it wasn’t very hot. If I could change one thing it would be to make the Salsa Verde a little spicier. But that’s not enough to take it down a star. Will definitely come back!

I’ve been eating at this taco shop since the late 1980’s when it was across the street where the Rite Aid is now on the corner of Oceanside Blvd & Hill St. Back then it was the only place open 24hrs so the best place to stop for a late night weekend snack. The new location doesn’t have the fun vibe the old location had, but the food hasn’t changed. The rolled tacos are the best here especially with the Mexican cheese. The taquitos are still just as good as when I first visited. The torta & carne asada burrito also recommended. There normal asada burrito has meat, pico de gallo & guacamole. If you want rice & beans you need to ask.

This is one of the most OG places in Oceanside…they do have the best California burritos but the tortas are top notch too….all the food we’ve tried is great

Roberto’s has been a favorite of mine for years. But this particular location was lacking just a bit too keep me from giving it 5 stars. Like always lots of food items on the menu, but the flavors were a bit too plain this time around.

They do it right!! 1st they make a California burrito correct. Meat sour cream guacamole and cheese. Not charging extra and the meat you can actually chew. The price for everything is fair and cheaper then most. This is my go to oceanside spot for now on. Never had a bad experience

Really tasty food. I ordered the rolled taquitos which come with rice and beans. My bf got chicken tacos, asada tacos, and carnitas tacos which were large tacos and so good. Everything was delicious!

No flavor in the carne asada. Just ate there and no flavor in the meat or the salsa. Decent portions though and decent price for 10 bucks get a good size burrito and a drink. Thats the only reason they got 2 stars was fast but no flavor at all

This place sucks. With so many other similar options nearby, this one should be up on the competition. Definitely not. Tacos are lame, very weak flavor, too large, and over priced for the quality of food. Rolled tacos aren’t any better. Charged extra for standard things such as lettuce, cheese. Everything is covered with aluminum foil or rolled in paper, so be prepared to have fun figuring out what your food is supposed to be after you get home. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money, Diego’s a block north blows this place out of the water. Colima’s in downtown Oceanside is also way better.
