The food ruined all of my expectations. From the smell and set up outside I believed I will get the best smoked food I have ever tried. It went to the drain after I tried pulled pork dinner. It was the worst I have ever ate. It tasted like trash. I would never go back their. And I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They should not trick people with fake smoke food

Fast, friendly service. The ribs were fall off the bone tender with a sauce that is the perfect combination of heat and sweet. Collard greens are phenomenal! The best I have ever had. Dirty rice is delicious. Got some smoked salmon and couldn’t put it down. First time being there but definitely not the last! If I could give it more stars I would.

My wife and I ordered the four-meat meal tonight. Here are the results: Chicken: The good news is that it was all white meat. The bad news is that it was dry as dust with absolutely no BBQ flavor. Beef ribs:There was a $10 up-charge for beef ribs. Nearly 3/4 of the beef ribs were fat and bones, with maybe a few ounces of flavorless meat. Sausage: It’s hard to mess up BBQ sausage, but the portion was very dried. Salmon: (see chicken) So dry that you need to add mayonaise or serve it in a salad. The sides we ordered came from cans.

Got the slab dinner with mac and c.greens. Boyfriend got the pulled pork dinner w mac and baked beans. The ribs where definitely juicy but it was just really flavorless. I am not sure why. I don’t know if it’s the meat quality or just lack of seasoning. The mac and cheese was super dry. The c.greens where pretty good though. Baked beans tasted like they are from a can. But still not bad! The seating was difficult as the inside area with tables smelled really bad. Almost sour. And the tables outside don’t get wiped too often maybe. I really wanted to like this place unfortunately I do not think it’s worth the $40. It was also annoying that I went on a Wednesday which has everything we ordered pretty much on special. The sign is tiny so I missed it.

We got the pulled pork, brisket, potato salad, coleslaw, dirty rice and baked beans. Everything was fantastic! They were out of the greens and mac and cheese, but I can only assume it’s because those sides are crazy good. Will definitely visit again before we leave.

Robert and his family have already impressed us with their first location. This second one in holiday was icing on the cake. Takes me 5 mins to drive to the best barbecue spot I’ve EVER been to. Super humble and cozy location delivers amazing slow smoke meats. The brisket is to die for!

This hands down was the best BBQ we have had in a while. From the time I walked in the door it felt like going to a family members house for a BBQ get together. Super friendly, amazing service and the food….. the FOOD!!!! We got a 3 meat family dinner and a smoked mullet meal. We chose the pulled pork, brisket, and ribs with the family meal with Mac n chs, baked beans, and potato salad. We literally ate ourselves sick last night it was that good. Had plenty of leftovers we are enjoying now and it’s still just as good. If you’ve eaten there and disagree, you don’t know proper southern BBQ. Next time we come that way it is a definite we will be back! Also, they had the sweetest little helper that shared her gumballs and a good little chat while I waited. Great experience all the way around!!!

Chicken was so dry, The sandwiches were soggy, and I mean mush. The mac & cheese and baked beans were absolutely flavorless and disgusting. The sauce that was on our sandwiches tasted like just straight mustard. And no matter what I do I can’t get that taste of that smoke flavor taste out of my mouth, just god awful …If I could give this a no star I would and I’ve been to this place before….. what happened? Very disappointed
