My kids and I went to the Robinhood last night for supper. It was 7:00 p.m. when we walked in, and I had previously called to make sure how late the kitchen was open. When we came in and sat down, the waitress/barmaid never greeted us, or brought menus to our table. She did go around and take care of a couple tables that were done with their meals, so I assumed she would get to us. In the meantime, two young ladies came in and sat at the bar. The waitress/barmaid did take their orders, and began making them drinks. After 15 minutes she still had not even came and taken our drink orders or brought menus. Another family came in with about 8 people, and the waitress rushed to them, cleared a table for them, and brought them menus!! By this time we had been there for approximately 20 minutes. I got up, and told my kids we were leaving. We then drove 7 miles to Antelope, where we got great food, as well as great service. I don’t know what the young ladys problem was with my children and I, but I will never have to worry about getting my business again.

Arrived just after 9:00 pm. Waited at bar to order. Service was very slow. One girl busy with tables another sitting in back on her phone. When I did get service the girls were friendly. I ordered a hamburger and a beer. The girl took order to kitchen. Not to long noticed chef tell girls something. Soon she arrived to tell me kitchen was closed at 9:00. Neither of the girls were aware of that. The sign on door said nothing about closing at 9. Too bad as the restaurant is only place open. Good potential but service needs to be addressed and someone that wants to work in kitchen.

We came on a Friday afternoon at lunch time. It was not at all busy but our food did take awhile to get. Our waitess was very attentive and friendly. It was a nice, roomy place with lots of fun decor.

Went in with party of 8. Service was good at first but as soon as it got busy it was like we all got forgotten about. Food was good but waitress never did come around after we got our food. For spending as much as we did on food and drinks I would have expected better service. I typically tip very well for good service however I don’t like to tip for poor or mediocre service.
