I ordered the Tarragon chicken salad sandwich and Cucumber lemon water (because of the lack of tea options). Chicken sandwich was very bland, definitly no Tarragon flavor. I didn’t order any tea, because the only kind they had was mint, besides in the little tea packets… Which I thought was odd to offer one kind for a tea house. Please improve your menu and food flavor. Salad menu was also very basic huge let down after everything else was so nice at the garden

The tea house restaurant is set apart from the main building nestled in the garden itself giving you the feeling you’re not in Richmond, Va anymore. The food is pretty tasty and the service is very friendly. It’s worth checking out, so what are you waiting for?!

The teahouse sits in a lovely location so worth a visit. Don’t order a unheated sandwich – the multigrain bread was terrible.
