The food was, as always, amazing. It’s my favorite lunch and dinner spot in Murphys. The basil aioli is wonderful. The food is fresh and flavorful. It didn’t take very long at all for our order to arrive. Daisy, our server, was an absolute delight. My fiancé and i shared a burger, and they split the sandwich for us, without our asking. It is just honestly great food and great service every time. My only complaint was that it was a little warm inside the restaurant. The ac unit didn’t seem like it was blowing very well, but it also was 104° that day. It still didn’t stop us from enjoying our meal.

EXTREMELY SLOW – almost 1 hour for salad, soup and burger. No offer of bread or anything while we waited. Soup was warm, arrived with dinner so probably was sitting there. Not great. Caesar salad was pretty good.

Decided to eat here on a day that it hit 100 degrees, in Murphys. Unfortunately the air conditioner couldn’t work hard enough to cool Rob’s Place (plus Rob wasn’t in town, and nobody else was able to adjust the temperature). The rest of our time in town, rating the AC in each of the stores. Hands down, Rob’s Place was the most uncomfortable (hottest). When Rob comes back, perhaps the diner will be somewhere in the middle of the pack.

The only way to describe the desserts here is heavenly. Tried the Chocolate Moose pie, Lemon tart, Bread Pudding and every single one of them were spectacular. Enthusiastically recommend this place.

Lovely atmosphere for a date. The staff is super helpful in deciding what to pick from the large wine list. Wine serving is perfect. The curry was better than the carbonara in my opinion believe it or not! (Carbonara was still delicious!)

Upon recommendation from a local winery we made a visit here and enjoyed the outdoor seating on a very hot day. The staff member was very friendly, helpful, and even offered a bowl of water to our dogs. The temporal battered avocado was actually very delicious. Freshly cut french fries are a good touch. And the ghost pepper cheese on the western burger sure has a kick.

I had the Western burger, salad, and onion rings, which were all very good. My wife had the ribeye steak, which came out very rare. Had to send it back for a little longer. She said it was OK, but very fatty. I also had a lemon bar for desert, yum. All it all the food was OK, but not outstanding. Our server was very sweet though.

What a nice quaint place to have dinner!! We both ordered pasta dishes. My man ordered the Carbonara Linguine and I had the veggie lasagna. Both were beautifully presented and had aromatic flavors!! The linguine was nice and warm spicy while my lasagna was filled with so much delicious veggies. Definitely a must try in my favorite town of Murphy’s.
