This is a full service deli with sliced meats and cheese, but it seems most people take advantage of the great sandwiches and prepared food. I visited on a busy afternoon, there was a long line due to an event in the area. Seating is limited with no table service, order at the counter and they call your name when ready.

This place is the best! The food always seems fresh and tastes delicious. The staff is also extremely welcoming and kind. I also occasionally order groceries from here and I refuse to get mozzarella or olive oil anywhere else! I always find myself here for lunch when I am in Midtown, I recommend it to everyone! It’s seriously the best, no notes.

Local favorite (and often requested by my 5 year old!)! We order take out from here all the time. First off – everyone who works here is super friendly. The food is fantastic. Our favs are the chicken parm, mozz and mozz of fun, and the newly added pepperoni roll. I love that they have my favorite bottles of Italian red on hand that I can grab and go.

The best lunch during our roadtrip in the US happened to be in Detroit. These guys have the best sandwiches and blue cheese&pear salad. Super fresh and delicious! You can sit both inside and outside, and they have their own safe parking lot just by the entrance.

Stopped in today and was pleasantly surprised. They sure did live up to the hype. Italian Beef Sandwich was awesome. Hot and Deliciously Messy! Get the extra container of Gardenera, it takes it to a whole other level! I will be back for sure!

Love everything from here! A true gem in Detroit! And they have the most delicious take and bakes, my boyfriend and I get one to two usually every month for dinner ( but the sandwiches are AMAZINGGGG). I always get a singled out meatball to take home for my dog. Can’t beat the quality and the staff has ALWAYS been super friendly every time I’ve been in there 🙂

Great Deli with awesome service. We had the IL ROCCO and the CHICKEN PARM. Everyone was very nice and helpful the shop was very clean and indoor seating was available. There was also items like pop, beer, chips and cookies for sale. Looking forward coming back for again. CHEERS!
