My experience at this Rocco’s Pizza Deli could have been a much better experience for me if the business owners Rocco and his wife Linda appreciated my business. I walked inside their restaurant last Friday on June 2, 2023 at 2:30 p.m. and Linda and her husband Rocco were taking a break because I saw no customers were inside their dining area eating. I was their only customer inside their restaurant at that time. Linda and Rocco was very rude to me snd they both ignored me. They just stared at me but said nothing to me at all. This is inappropriate behavior to treat me a new customer badly, when I was charged $9.05 from Linda and I charged my Turkey Sandwich with my credit card in also buying a bag of potato chips and I bought one small bottle of water. I read on Yelp theur business has a lot of their customers complaining about these business owners giving them poor customer service and their pizza orders are wrong sometimes and Linda refuses to give one customer a refund or make a new pizza for this one woman who spent $60 to have her large pizza remade because these people Linda and Rocco got their order wrong.

Warning!! Do not order through an online app. Usually we get great service and pizza but not today! We ordered a giant pizza and did the curbside pick up. Wasn’t until we got home to notice the pizza was completely wrong. Called them to let them know and they would not help fix the problem at all! No refund or replacement pizza. Now we are stuck with a pizza no one will eat and no dinner! So we had to order our pizza again! After $60.00 later hopefully this one comes out right! SO MUCH FOR GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I am from NYC, home of the best pizza ever! After ten years of living in the local San Marcos area, I am glad to say I found Rocco’s. It’s the best pizza so far. The sauce is yummy, the cheese is heavy, the size is Giant, and the price can’t be beat!
