The food is pretty good. The young kids that work there are kinda rude. They are kinda disrespectful and really pay more attention to their phones than their customers. It isn’t the cleanest place I’ve been in that’s for sure. If your looking to call in an order don’t waste your time. They hardly ever answer the phone. That’s kinda a pain in the azz. I can’t really say I would recommend this place. unless your close by and are too lazy to go somewhere else.

Poor services. There a blond girl and and nother girl that. Just goes thu the motions they don’t have customer services skills playing on there phones not even. Speaking to the customer then the people who are making us food are fooling around not paying attention to the food. I called in a pizza and took me 20 mins to get there to find out they did not even start the order till I got there these people don’t know how to run a business and are so unprofessional. Get some people who know how to run a business and who knows how to. Manage the front counter with out being on there phone

My second time here on a different day and their consistency is Boss! Nothing like a pizza made exactly the way you want it when you’re spending your hard earned cash. The best thing is the server/cashier has always greeted me with a smile and bids me a nice farewell. The little things matter.

I usually order from Rochester house atleast once maybe twice a week but for the last two weeks in a row I have called multiple times an no one answers and I call back and the phone is busy I call immediately back and I then get a voice mail type response I have called atleast 15 times today alone since 3pm and no one will answer the phone to take my order .. I don’t know what’s going on with there workers but they are going to lose my business I am so tired of not being able to reach anyone who works there during a regular business hours

Really disappointed with what we got last night. This was usually our go to for pizza but last night ruined all that. Even after trying to finish cooking the pizza in our oven it was awful. Never in my life have I had to eat pizza with a fork and knife but both our large pizzas must have only made it through the microwave at the store for half the time as usual.
