Rockin Jenny’s famous turkey sub was great. The sandwich is very filling, full of turkey and lots of lettuce. The meatball sub was traditional and good. The customer service was decent to none. The cookies were not my favorite and I will not order them next time. All in all one of the better sandwiches in our area.

Jenny is one of the nicest people I have ever met. The food here is beyond phenomenal. She brings that perfect east coast style Sandwich to SoCal there really is no comparison. The service is impeccable the restaurant is always clean and she as the business owner actually takes pride in her business and works there. She is always greeting customers and honestly it makes this place beyond 5 stars. Id give her a million if I could. The sandwiches have a generous amount of meat and they are properly dressed with all the fixings. I highly recommend my favorite the capitols and provolone. I’m from the same area of Connecticut she’s from and the sandwiches here make me feel like I’m right back home. Hands down THE BEST sandwich shop in Southern California PERIOD.

First time at Jennys and I would have to say one of the best subs I’ve had. I have ben living in San Diego for 22 years and this reminds me of the east coast Italian district. The bread is toasted to perfection and fresh. I had the Gangster Ruben the flavors from the meat was delicious.

We tried the famous turkey subs yesterday for the first time. It was disappointing reading the negative reviews after we enjoyed such a delicious sandwich. There’s obviously room for error ranging from quality to customer service, but we really enjoyed our sub sandwich. We got the turkey sub, with the works, and added avocado. The crusty Italian bread was incredible and really made the sandwich. The meat was a generous serving. We called the subs in ahead of time, and they were ready when we arrived. We just happened to be in this area while car shopping and we were starving. We googled delis in Escondido and was impressed with the number of reviews. I’d like to try Rock n’ Jenny’s again a couple more times to reinforce and justify my rating. However, first time trying, I was quite pleased.

My son and I had lunch here yesterday and it was just as great as it always has been. Jenny took our order so we did not have to wait in the entire line. She continues to be very friendly and congratulated my son on his birthday. I ordered the famous 6-in turkey sandwich while he ordered the mafia works and both were terrific!

Randomly went here bc our initial spot for lunch was closed. An unassuming place until you walk in and see the line of loyal customers! Prices were on point, bread was delicious, and we really enjoyed it. Jenny’s made me rethink how Italian Sub restaurants should be. I live far but Jenny’s is so so so so worth it!

Went on Saturday and had an amazing turkey sub and a meatball sub. They were loaded and full of flavor/pepperoncini. There was a big line and a wait. I liked the sandos so much that I went back again today for dinner (no wait), and this time they were lackluster. Half the size as the ones on Saturday and they forgot the pepperoncinis for both sandwiches.
