Very solid lobster roll. The bread was thick and buttery but not too dense. Caked to the cheeks is flavor. I will say the lobster was good but I have had better quality lobster.

A hidden gem most definitely! Amazing flavor plenty of lobster to fill every bite of that yummy roll. The bread is to die for. Will come every time I’m in town! Can’t beat it for $26. Had one at Steuben’s for $30+ and can’t compare size wise

The food was very underwhelming. For $80+ for two people. There was way more bread then meat. The top may look like it has alot but it’s all a show. There was no flavor to the meat. And Mac and cheese was watery and not cheesy. The Mac had more lobster then the sandwich. And the sodas were knock off so they were Also water. There was cheaper and not knock off soda around the corner.

Response to owner: So sorry to hear that people were taking the baking dishes! I totally understand the switch to the plastic bowls, thank you so much for the kind response.

It made everyone in our party sick. Very expensive and the lobster had a very swampy flavor. We were really looking forward to eating there and left very disappointed and dissatisfied. $95.00 for 3 people is a bit excessive. Not worth it!

Lobster mac & cheese was so good – super creamy & a lot more lobster than I expected! The gentleman working the front counter was awesome – he was painfully bored with how generic this all was, he was hilarious & deadpan as could be (and I mean that genuinely). Zeppelin Station was fine, if you don’t want to pay for parking in the garage, get there a little earlier & just park along side streets. The area is absolutely filthy but it’s to be expected with the amount of construction, transient traffic, and just general redevelopment. We’ll be back to try other vendors.

We were super excited to see an authentic lobster roll place in Denver!

My lobster had great flavor however, it was chewy and didn’t have the best texture otherwise it would have been better. There was also 2 other people with me and their lobster was cold, which was very strange. On the flip side, the bread was amazing!!

Awful, no flavor what so ever. Was really excited but let down very fast. $22.99 for two pieces of bread and very unflavored lobster and at that barley any of it ! So disappointed, first food I ever tried in Denver on vacation 🙁 – Connecticut Style Lobster Roll

Was great last time I tried, when they were in Edgewater. Came to the new location at Zeppelin Station on a late Wednesday afternoon & they were randomly closed that whole day with no reason. Most of the businesses in this tiny venue seemed closed & the whole building vibe was just kinda depressing. The building design/layout is horrible, definitely not conducive for hanging out or meeting people. If there were actually more than 50 people in there you probably couldn’t even sit to eat anyway. Doubt I’ll contend with downtown traffic again for lobster rolls to get there not knowing if they are even going to be open. What’s the point? Maine Shack has consistently dependable hours & insanely good so I’ll stick to those guys even though they are a little more expensive.
