The restaurant was extremely clean inside and out. The manager who was at the door instantly appeared to be bothered by my presence when I walked in the door. I should have followed her cue and left. My server was fine. The electric roll is very good but has entirely too much sauce on it. The eel roll was poorly executed. Refills are apparently an inconvenience. The restaurant is extremely loud. They were not busy upon my arrival. I was the only person dining in upon my arrival. Upon my departure, there were 2 tables with 2 people each. Proceed with caution – be prepared to be an inconvenience.

Just tried the new place on Zebulon. Lots of choices and the place was hopping. Very fast service and delicious food. Large menu and they had choices for people who don’t like sushi.

Absolutely horrific. I feel terrible for the owners of this place. 1 other table when we walked in. Took 10 min for a server to saunter over as i watched 4 of them stand around the bar looking at their phones. Waited another 40 minutes for 2 “sushi” rolls. To be fair the chef had to take a few pulls off the vape so i imagine that added to the time. I got the $15 volcano “roll”. It should have been named “smooshy rice and cucumber in a tinfoil boat” Zero flavor. Besides cucumber. Each bite had about 5 tiny strands of imitation crab meat in it. Best part of meal was the beer. Macon has such wonderful restaurants and food. This was so depressing.

Its basic and overpriced looks super pretty plate. Its almost as tasty as it looks. For Macon its not bad. We had good service this time- it’s hit or miss. I have been 3 times in 6 months first time leaving review. They didn’t bring food out together- which was kinda?? Give it a try the reviews are all over the place for this place

Firstly, i hate leaving bad reviews, however, for $6 you’d think you would receive more than 2 leaves of lettuce lol. The edamame is soggy somehow? literally crumbles in my mouth. the sushi itself was good but these portions are not it. maybe dining in would have a different experience however i don’t think i would do that after seeing this.

I was visiting family in Macon from Florida but I will definitely be back! The food was great, the atmosphere and vibe was nice and the staff was quite helpful and friendly.

Ordered fried Wonton, Chicken fried rice and sweat tea. Wonton was good, freshly cooked with spring mix lettuce made it very nice combo. Fried rice, we ordered regular and chicken both rice was too greasy but okay. Now, the server wasn’t doing her job well. Didn’t pour us refill nor even bother to check on us. Had to get up to get drink refill and had to get up to ask for a to go drink/cups. She basically just took our order and left us. That would need to be fixed right there.

What a wonderful first experience! Small, quaint restaurant. Clean, excellent food snd service. Went about 6:30, not crowded. We ordered the Thriller roll, TNT shrimp, appetizer sampler, and fried rice. So good!

Please let ANYONE besides “Jala B” handle customers. She lacks the basic fundamentals of human interaction. The bar is pretty low these days so I’m not surprised, but I am annoyed. $17 to have a sushi roll thrown together and bad customer service. Check the photo.
