A good place for breakfast. Like the rock ‘n roll posters and album art vibe on the wall. It is about three blocks from where I live.

Absolutely loved this place. We were on our way back from Pat’s Peak and decided to take the back roads for a bit. We came across the Rock On Diner and had to stop. The decor in this place is pretty cool. Rock memorabilia on the walls and each table appeared to be dedicated to a single band.

A fun place to eat, and check out the Rock-n-Roll memorabilia. Had 2 eggs over easy, homefries from the grill, not deep fried. 2 sausage links, 2 strips of bacon, wheat toast, 2 fluffy pancakes. A very pleasant meal, priced very reasonably. Enjoyed the visit, will definitely be coming back to more. Loved the place. The owner and staff are the nicest people.try the Rock On Diner.

Wasn’t very busy, but food still took about 45 min to come out. Ordered a breakfast sandwich with bacon and cheese (cheese costs extra?). I’m not one to complain about issues, and am usually very easy going with problems and waitstaff in general… but after 45 min the sandwich comes out with no egg! The waitress had a bit of an attitude when I told her someone must have forgotten the egg. She told me I had ordered a bacon and cheese breakfast sandwich, so she figured I didn’t want egg… wasn’t aware I had to specify??? Wouldn’t that be the same as ordering a hamburger with cheese and ketchup, the beef patty is a given, right? She was wicked weird about it… I was happy they made me a whole new one though, instead of just throwing an egg on there. The bacon on the second sandwich was cooked much better than the first. Food quality overall was just okay, not worth the wait and price in my opinion. My boyfriend paid $10 for a steak and egg dish (the “love me tender”) that was mostly egg, very little steak, and came with exactly 3 homefries- what? I definitely don’t plan on going back.

Food was good, but the waitress Denise was upset that I wanted juice removed from the bill because she forgot to bring it during the meal. I asked for some hash to go, for my father-on-law, but didn’t look inside the box until I got home. Larry, who’s had an attitude in the past, charged me four bucks for a thin sliver. I should have ordered it with breakfast and just taken the serving home. I don’t know what the problem is with this place. I’m an easy going customer, compliment when the food is good, and tip well. I won’t go back.

Quaint place, lots of old school rock & roll stuff on tables and walls. The service was friendly and quick (it was also slow on a Monday), and the food was tasty, especially the blueberry pancakes — SOOO GOOD. I took off a star only for the small amount of home fries and the wheat bread wasn’t very hearty/fibrous. Seriously, though, get the pancakes. 😉

I was in the area for work and was excited to check out the restaurant. I love small/local joints as I appreciate even a half way decent meal as long as it’s at a reasonable price. I ordered a steak sandwich which was the toughest piece of meat imaginable! To the point that I couldn’t pull pieces of meat from the sandwich without risk of losing teeth in the process. I apologized to my collage who was accompanying me as the experience couldn’t have been worse and I was the one who suggested the restaurant. At the time I could only wish for a McDouble. And to top it all just before we left we watched a person walk through the kitchen with a lit cigarette in the mouth. I debated calling the health department I was so appalled.

They used to be so much better than they are now. We get pick ups all the time and lately it’s either burnt or missing something. I ordered the sampler. All potatoes no hash. Some of the potatoes are hard and not edible and they didn’t give us our toast. If you eat at the restaurant it’s way better than take out and it shouldn’t be like that.

I got scrambled eggs and a side of there homemade corned beef hash, the eggs were disgusting and not just because a black hair was in my eggs, looked like from a beard I should have taken a picture. The corned beef hash seemed ok but the hair in my food kinda lost appetite the pan fries were soggy the wheat toast they gave me had like a stick of butter just ploped into the middle of the toast, don’t no how this place is still in business would not recommend.
