Super delicious street style tacos! Cashier girl with tattoos was super nice. I got the traditional chicken tacos and they were super good and not too small. The side of beans, with a drizzle of white cheese on the top, made for a great pairing.

Great place to stop and get some awesome tacos. I got the carne asada tacos. The smoky beans on the side were tasty as well. Of the three salsas available. The green one tastes the best. Great atmosphere and reasonable prices. I would highly recommend checking it out.

I absolutely loved this place, happy vibes, sunny decor/atmosphere, friendly helpful efficient service, great food (satisfying & healthy), they also accommodate dietary requirements as a standard part of the menu: vegetarian, keto, gluten free, even carnivores have options! I’ll be back because I want to try all the different taco combos. We walked-in and were quickly seated. Conveniently located at the nexus between east Capitol Hill, south Mountlake, and east Washington Park neighborhoods, plenty of off-street parking, across the street from public transit, very pedestrian friendly.

I had chips & guacamole, their deluxe beef tacos with beans, and of course the churros! Everything was so good and tasted fresh and home made. They had the cutest bar – making cocktails and NA drinks! The atmosphere was cozy, they had the NFL playoffs playing, and it was a fun environment all around. Their customer service was very friendly and there is plenty of street parking in the area.

The food here is my favorite part about the restaurant. Always great, no matter what you pick. My personal favorites are Al Pastor and Carnitas tacos. Sometimes I wish there were more side options, but that’s a nitpick. Counter service is always super easy and fast, just not great if you’re looking to order multiple drinks. The location and atmosphere are always pretty good. If it’s busy, seating can be a challenge, but most of the times I’ve been it’s not a problem. Overall, it’s a great restaurant I’ll continue to frequent.

I go on walks through this part of the neighborhood when I want to mix it up. I noticed Rocket Taco once and when my cousin said hey let’s have burritos. I offered this as an option. The place was not very crowded, which I liked. There was of course reduced seating due to the pandemic but as they had seating outside and the day was nice enough. We enjoyed the outside patio for our meal. The music was playing, I enjoyed the selection some of which I had not heard of in a bit. We both ordered beef burritos, soft drinks, and guacamole with chips. We both enjoyed our very generous burritos, very filling. I rather enjoyed the guacamole and chips which of course my cousin devoured. Except for a little bit of snark from the host, our time was enjoyable. I think I will be coming back again.
