About a week ago, I visited this location because of my past experience of a great pizza. On this occasion, I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni and garlic wings with blue cheese . Management refunded my purchase to satisfy me, still kinda disappointed though. My pizza came without sauce or very little that I couldn’t see or taste. The crust was very tasty with the dipping sauce, should’ve ordered breadsticks. I may try them again because management was concerned about the ordeal.

This place is awesome. The loaded fries where heaven. The ambiance was dope. They played The Cranberries, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs and Jimi Hendrix. We went for lunch and I got a Deez Coconuts brew and it was really unique. Loved it. 6/5 Would go again.

I normally don’t put in negative reviews because I am a big advocate for discussing disappointments and bringing cause of concerns to the attention of those managers/leaders/supervisors in hopes to correct. In this case, the level of service I received from a business that I’ve patronized since it opened missed the mark. We order pizza, salad, wings and loaded fries from this location at least twice a weekly mainly on the weekends, spending upward $100-$150 a week at this establishment to feed my family a couple nights a week. Yesterday evening we wanted to get out of the house and eat. We chose to go to this establishment to watch the game while eating dinner. When we arrived the manager was unwelcoming and proceeded to sit us at a high top table. I declined due to recently having surgery that would prohibit me from getting up and down out of such a high seat. I then requested a lower table, in which was available (picture included); however she denied my family seating in this section due to not having enough staff. I understood this until the bar waitress came over, grabbed menus and proceeded to sit us in the section of tables that would have accommodates us; however the manager, Jewels, ran over and instructed her not to seat us and that we would have to wait for another table to get up. Myself and my family felt unwelcome. And to add insult to injury, 2 other groups came in after us and was able to be seated. I then went and asked to speak with Jewels and asked her more about the procedure on how to handle seating of individuals when short on staff. Her first statement was “People don’t like to come to work after Covid”. This was not the answer I was hoping to get. She then changed her stance on seating us and said that she could sit me and my family directly next to another group in the section that was empty the whole time. Also, important to note that we had been waiting 20 minutes by this point. At that moment, it was clear that her inability to provide good leadership abilities to problem solve while maintaining her customer’s sentiment was not there and it was in my best interest to leave the establishment. I personally felt the manager, Jewels, interacted with my family and I with unconscious bias and she needs to be made aware of the damage this type of behavior can have on a business’s word of mouth reputation and future growth. People can get food from anywhere, it is how the consumer is made to feel when choosing to purchase it from a particular establishment that will determine whether or not they come back. Unfortunately, I choose not to return to this establishment and hope the manager who was on duty is made aware of the negative impact caused in this matter and the opportunity for her to improve to prevent this type of behavior going forward. Excellent pizza spot! Had great service from our server, Hunter, and manager Julie! Food was awesome! I’d recommend the Taco Everyday pizza. Delicious! Has a nice atmosphere as well and is very clean with friendly staff. We’ll definitely be returning!

Good experience, good food. They ran out of fries and hand to cut more, by hand. Unfortunately we were in the seats that share the wall with the kitchen. Cutting the fries was loud in our area. Other than that we had a good time. Loved the pizzas and sandwiches. The French fries are great. We had two 20 inch pizzas, sandwiches, loaded fries, and garlic bread. Definitely going to visit again.

Excellent selection of microbrews, great service, pizza is fantastic including great variety of veggies, perfectly cooked toppings that are generously applied. The grinders (sandwiches) are superb, I recommend the Big Bad Wolf. Patio dining is great. Indoor bar seating also very good with many TVs for a variety of sports. Highly recommend!
