On my way to Yellowstone via my motorcycle, decided to stop in Afton for the night. Did a quick search online and found Rocky Mountain Seafood was within walking distance of my hotel. Being from Connecticut and one who enjoys fresh seafood, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. The shrimp tacos were awesome and the service was even better. Plenty of smiling faces, asked me multiple times how everything was. Great little place to stop if you’re in Afton. Nice job!

I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant! The tartar sauce and cocktail sauce were obviously fresh and homemade. There was mint jalapeno jelly that was truly delicious! I had calamari and fries. The calamari was crispy fried and not chewy at all. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I’m pretty picky when it comes to seafood and left very pleased and full.

Food was really good. My Rib-eye was a little over cooked but it still seasoned well and tasted amazing. The cut of Rib-eye is good quality and worth the price. The potatoes skins app we ordered was ok.

Very, very pleasantly surprised by the quality and selection of seafood at this establishment for dining in or for cooking at home. Nice selection of fresh fish/seafood at the counter including halibut, salmon, tuna, shrimp, calamari etc. While a lot of the dine in selection is fried there are also many broiled options. Amazing calamari rings or strips. Fried to perfection with light breading and NOT greasy. Coleslaw is some of the best that I have tasted anywhere. Highly recommended. Will be back!!!!

OMGosh!!! Talk about a pearl!!! What a find!!! I have had seafood all over the world and this is at the top!!! Right in the heart of the mountains of Star Valley in the town of Afton. The restaurant is pristine with huge windows and a view of the mountains. The cod and chips were incredible, the calamari basket was absolutely spot on!! And the Chowder was one of the best I’ve ever had!! If you’re in this neck of the woods, it’s a must!!! Way to go Rocky Mountain Seafood!!!

Rocky Mountain Seafood is the best seafood place around. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The food is always fresh and delicious. It is always busy and the staff is very friendly. The price is average for the local area and also to get seafood in a small town. Highly recommend it!
