If you like eating your food out of a served puddle lf grease, This is your spot. Its as if the cook scooped all the grease when preparing the burrito. Drips grease everytime you bite into it. Carnitas super salty. Meat is not seasoned . I felt disgusted . Burrito is soggy and saturated . Small size burrito for price

This place is amazing! It’s a taco truck located alongside vail brewing. The brewery allows you to bring food from the taco truck inside their establishment. The food is delicious! It’s $3 taco’s and the burritos are also great. I recommend adding a side of the queso dip as well. You can’t go wrong with anything you order from this food truck. Definitely worth taking the time to come check this spot out.

Rocky Mountain Taco is known for their delicious and unique tacos that come in a variety of different flavors. At the Avon location, the staff was incredibly helpful. Additionally, the outdoor seating at the edge of the railroad tracks and mountain views provide a serene dining experience. Although the portions may seem small, the flavors pack a punch. Prices are reasonable for the area and are fair for the quality of food and overall experience offered. Overall, Rocky Mountain Taco is a great spot to satisfy your cravings for flavorful and unique tacos while enjoying some beautiful mountain views.

First of all a home grown success story! I travel all over and always measure Mexican food against the King, Rocky Mountain Taco. This is so good and so reasonable for our valley AND multiple locations! Plus free stickers haha! The only bad I’ve encounter here was a couple weeks ago a well to do visiting locals had the guts to ask if they give a discount. Insane! Just wanted to put it out there and ask what do you think the margin is on a $3 taco and then you want to cut into that? Crazy town, let’s let these guys/gals make their wage and then tip hard it’s such a small bill. Anyway rant over just go eat amazing food and be thankful! ☮️
