One order of bread sticks was really under baked, as was one of the pizza slices we ordered. They were just taking everything off the salad bar which I was really disappointed about, it was only 6pm! Almost all of their arcade games were broken/out of order. This location needs to do a better job. We won’t try this location again.

Visited Roccy’s (as we used to call it) on a road trip and it was as good as it was during my college years thirty-plus years ago. The sausage is thick, real meat, and delicious. The sauce and cheese are yummy. The crust is thick and just a bit gummy, but crispy around the edges. It’s good pizza! The salad bar is simple, but always fresh and good.

Best pizza ever. I was surprised to be ordering like a fast food chain at a counter but was pleased with the ambience and style of the seating area. The pizza was brought to our table and was one of the best we’ve ever had in both crust, toppings and thickness. Eating here is a must if visiting Madison Wisconsin.

My sister, myself, and grandmother went to this location, we saw reviews went here, it was mediocre at best. It tasted like a frozen pizza that was reheated. My sister gave a good point, “ I knew that place wouldn’t be too good, the guy on the sign looked like Post Malone.”

This review is not about the restaurant, but it is about Virginia. I lost an Apple Watch nine months ago in Madison. I live 400 miles away. Today, find my iPhone popped up with my Apple Watch at Rocky rococo pizza. I called and Virginia was nice enough to check around in the store and she was able to find it. Virginia went above and beyond. She is a great employee.

Got the sausage and mushroom pizza slice, and it was alright. The pizza is worth for what you pay for it. Went through the drive thru, and the speaker wasn’t the best quality, and one slice was missed. Other than that, the cashier was friendly and fixed the error with no problem. I would recommend!

Ordered delivery through the rocky’s mobile app. Had an expected delivery time of 8:05-8:15. Waited until around 8:30 to call them because we had never had a notification that there was even a driver assigned to our order. The man on the phone seemed nice and told me someone picked up that food, I was told it would take 20 minutes to remake and that he was waiting on the delivery service. After our call I immediately got an uber delivery notification. The delivery time was in another hour, we waited an hour already so we decided to just go pick it up. Called the store again. Talked to the same man who had helped me before, told him that we really didn’t want to wait and that we would just go and pick it up. He said ok. We drive the 15 minutes over there and show up 10 minutes to close. We waited for a while and eventually someone talked to us. I explained that we were the ones who called to pick up their delivery order. He tells me they handed the order to another driver and that he had made it twice already. I asked him why he gave it out to begin with because he was the same exact man I told on the phone I would be picking it up. I was treated like I was the one at fault, I’ve had to call multiple times, I’ve needed to drive to pickup something I payed extra to get delivered and when I actually get there I can’t even pick it up like I wanted? Ridiculous, I’ve worked for over 7 years in the food service industry, I know he could’ve cancelled the delivery by calling uber directly or interacting with a tablet. I did it all the time when I managed a mcdonalds. Really bad experience.

I absolutely love Rockys and have for years. But this location is consistently awful. A week prior, I went to Tree Lane location and had what is the usual piping hot fresh sausage and mushroom. Decided to try this location again as they have a drivethu and received dried up cold sausage and mushroom cardboard pizza. This is so not representative of Rockys and was worse than a cheap frozen pizza. The superslice was decent, though. Will always visit Rockys but I have finally learned not this location and as culvers is right next to it will go there vs. cardboard pizza. Tree lane location or hard pass.
