I haven’t had R.R. pizza for more than 3 decades. This used to be my favorite as a child. The pizza isn’t made fresh anymore & the bread sticks were awful. Lobby was closed. Only drive-thru was open.

This is not the pre-pandemic location I remember. This has become like fast food. Unless you get there right when they open, be ready for barely above warm pizza & breadsticks that will be downright cold by the time you eat half of them. Used the restroom when I left….no paper towels. Guy who took my order was nice…..but everything else was basically a fail.

Both times I’ve had the pizza it was delivery via DoorDash, the food is great. I usually only go for a cheese pizza so I can’t say much about the other toppings, but the breadsticks and pizza were great!

I recently wrote a bad review of a different Rocky’s in Milwaukee and realized I never did a good review for this Rocky’s. This Rocky’s is the perfect example for good customer service for Rocky’s. The person I assume is the manager never forgets a regular and is always friendly as is the rest of the staff. Remember to acknowledge the good service not just the bad is my lesson here!

I go to Miller Park way Rocky’s and the ladies I usually get to order with are very nice and pleasant…. I can order over the phone and go through drive thru for pick up…. Very friendly staff… Clean inside as well ….

The quality of pizza was subpar. There was barely any sauce on the pizza and a thin layer of cheese. The cheese was scarce especially on the edge. The taste was familiar but the lack of sauce and cheese made it a waste. I was there when the person was cutting my pizza. I drive home 8 minutes later the pizza was cold. I wondered if it had been sitting before my arrival.
