I swear, this location swings from the most careless and rude employees to some of the best and most thorough almost weekly. If I didn’t like the food so much I would never come here. Whoever is doing the hiring or training is not empowering their employees with a sense of pride in their work, let alone an ounce of respect for guest service. As a customer service worker myself, I expect the employees I interact with to use complete sentences, say thank you to end the interaction, and not cut me off before I’m done ordering. These behaviors do not occur here. When they’re good, they’re awesome. Wish there was more of that. Not to mention: I’m sure being paid less than a livable wage has some influence on attitude too.

Usually ok service. Today was beyond terrible. Two people working the counter. Took forever. I witnessed them screw up numerous orders. I ordered breadsticks and a soda. Get to the table and there’s a slice of pizza in the bag. Took it back, didn’t even bother with the breadsticks. Unbelievable

This location is very disgusting. I went to this location at 3:30pm. The guy in the kitchen was twisting his hair, scratching his hair, and texting all while boxing up the pizzas with NO GLOVES. Cashier was in the front listening to her music on her phone and biting her nails. No one I repeat NO ONE had on any gloves. Disgusted

Rockys has had a bit of a falling out, and since then their pizza is soggy if you get one that is already made. A staff was sitting on their phone as well. Not the end of the world but not very professional. For the price it’s still worth the good pizza but I wish it was fresh when I got it. It used to be but now it is always soggy.
