Absolutely delicious and really good value for money. We had lobster rolls for dinner one night and went back a couple days later for the lobster dinner. I would highly recommend a stop here if you love lobster and lobster rolls. The fried clams were also great. Very sweet and tender. I want to go back because I am writing this review and I just finished eating and am totally stuffed.

Great place to get your lobster fix! Loads of lobster on the rolls, and lots of other good stuff on the menu. Ice cream too! Plus, the pickles were very good! Great prices compared to everywhere else. Plus, mini golf, and across the parking lot is a BBQ shack too, and a new bathroom. Great new seating. Very friendly staff. We would definitely go again!

My boyfriend and I found this gem while riding around. He noticed the $14.95 lobster dinner sign, and turned us right around. We went at the end of the day, and the staff got us taken care of. Everyone was super nice, and the food was amazing!!

Probably the most affordable lobster place you can find in Bar Harbor, with lobster dinner for $14.95/lobster, or less than half of the price compared to established restaurants. The lobster’s about 1.5lb, and it comes with a corn and cole slaw. Biggest bang for the buck.

Angels Dawg House Grill
We had a very good fried haddock sandwich there a couple days ago, it was a great day to bring our little dog there was a stiff wind and the temp was 72. Just perfectly cool inside our truck. So we decided to eat out doors in the sun to warm up. After our lunch I was approached by a very upset female worker who was hollering at me actually calling me an animal abuser for letting my pup stay inside what she thought was a very hot truck. I tried to reason with her, but she was on a very disrespectful tyraid. I can appreciate her passion, for I too am an animal lover my k9 kids mean the world to me. I’ve had a wonderful lifetime of working with and training dogs and horses. However, one should carry on a conversation of knowledge and caring for all involved…humans included. For some people are ignorant of car temps and animals, and also there are people who do know about car temps and will only leave their k9 kids when it is cool enough inside a truck with the windows far enough down as not to chill them. May be one day we all can hear each others view and not be so very hostile and tune everyone else out.

Perfect place for a bite to eat after a hike with the kids in Acadia. My daughter loved her grilled cheese and cole slaw. And the fried clam roll was excellent. The kids said the blueberry lemonade was very refreshing. Seemed less expensive than other places we ate at in the area.

My family and I went to Rodicks at the suggestion of a friend. The location is perfect, parking is a breeze. What I was most impressed with was the quality of service and and friendliness of the staff. They are polite and kind . They answered my questions and had our dinner ready quickly and efficiently. The food was amazing and fresh!

This place is basically a roadside stand – thankfully recessed from the road, but it does great food! Both the crab roll and the fried clams were delicious, and the prices are quite good by MDI standards.
