My boss brought me here for my birthday lunch. I had driven past here every single day but never stopped to eat until today. Crispy tacos, good beans and flavorful meat. What more can you ask for? Servers are very friendly and would return again. I was sang to by our server and given a small flan that was creamy and cold.

First time here, nice atmosphere, great decor, friendly staff and pretty quick service. The food was okay, not spectacular but is try them again. I ordered the tamale and while the meat was very well seasoned, the masa was way too thick… The rice and beans were good as was the light thin crispy chips and their salsa was tasty!

My wife and I ordered the fajitas. That meat was thick, hard and chewy and no taste at all. I think they just threw the meat in some boiling water and then the grill for 10 seconds to give it some color. One of the server ladies was nice and attentive the other didn’t even know where she was. I paid $90 for boiled flavorless meat. This was our first and last time here. The quality everywhere is going down but the prices are going up. The lack of quality angers me a lot more than the price. Can we get the flavor and the honest to goodness meals back just from a few years ago. What happened? I know that quality costs money and I’m willing to pay it.

I’m from Tustin and I have always loved the food here … even after the restarting changed names/ownership; the food has remained top notch. I have not been able to find any Mexican food like it in the US! This is always my first stop after I land when I come home to visit

I ordered fish tacos. The fish was over cooked and so dry I could barely swallow it. The tortillas were as chewy as rubber the toppings tasted like they werent fresh and to top it off I got stabbed by a bone left in the fish. Even the beans taste funny. Wont be back.

The food was excellent! The server didn’t seen to like my brother though. I guess he didn’t realize my brother was paying the bill. No tip. Other than that, we had a fantastic meal with outstanding atmosphere. Oh, did I mention the food was DELICIOUS!
