My husband brought me here for our five year anniversary Dinner. We had the bomb potato. And I’m here to tell you it was the ball. We couldn’t even finish it. Customer service was absolutely wonderful. Thank you billy and yes we will be back again.

This is a hidden gem! I think Rogers has the best burgers in Southeast Texas. Their fries and onion rings are good also. If that wasn’t enough you can also add brisket to your burger….. only in Texas! I drive out of my way regularly to eat here. It’s worth the trip every time. If you haven’t been you need to go!

Nice portion sizes for the price. Cute little barn style building on a country road that serves barbecue basics as well as a few specialty items. The meats i tried were well smoked but the brisket was dry. The pulled pork seems to be a hit with everyone. I asked a few locals about the place before going. The pulled pork and brisket sandwich topped with slaw was highly recommended. The sides my mom and I tried are just ok. Coleslaw is fresh but a little bland, the Macaroni n cheese is mushy but not a bad flavor. Their beans and barbecue sauce were well spiced. I would like to try more items from their menu such as the baked potatoes, which they are known for and something called a haystack. This place is definitely worth a try and there are good choices on the menu for everyone.

One day I woke up craving for real good BBQ, but I did not want to go to the same overrated BBQ places in the Beaumont area. I found Roger’s BBQ, decided to take the trip and I am glad I did. Not only the food was great, it was a peaceful and pleasant place for a great BBQ lunch.

I was a little disappointed after reading all the rave reviews. The guy at the window was very nice. Did not realize they did not have a place to sit in out of the wind. Had the 2 meat and side. Brisket was very dry like they sliced it a couple hours earlier and left it under a heat lamp. Also had the sausage which one was very good the other one was like a slim jim dry. Cole slaw and beans were great.

Ok… I have passed the BBQ Barn enough and finally decided to stop after 8 years of them being open. What I was doing the last 8 years is beyond me! It’s a good thing these guys are in East China and not Katy because I’d be giving them my hard earned $$ on the daily. Honestly the food this place puts out is beyond good and I kinda like the fact you have to take a drive to the country to enjoy the atmosphere and the food.
