Chips and beans seemed old. Meat also had a funny taste. Salsa was watery. Won’t return!!!! Horrible!!!!

I would have to say that the atmosphere was very nice and homely. The seats were a bit beat up but comfortable. The wait staff was nice enough but I didn’t get asked for a refill. I ordered the Steak Ranchero which was fantastic and had a bit of a kick. I was told the slopper was pretty good. The kids’ quesadilla was overpriced at $9 for the size which was about that of a soft taco. Overall I liked it okay but $54 after tip was a bit pricey for what we got for lunch.

No air conditioning so uncomfortable! What happened to the quality of your food? It use to be wonderful now it looks like you are trying to save pennies on making your food cheap. So disappointing!

I’m sad because this has been my favorite restaurant since moving to Pueblo but the pricing has got a bit outrageous. The portions are huge but not everyone wants to pay $20 for just one burrito they’ll eat a fourth of and leftovers if a soggy burrito doesn’t sound good. Portions on the chips and salsa however have shrunk drastically. I never mind paying extra for chips and salsa but the chips don’t even cover the bottom of the basket and a tiny ramekin of salsa never seen such a tiny portion of chips and salsa served at any restaurant especially with such a high refill cost. It’s just not worth it anymore.

Thank You Rojas for accommodating our family Sunday evening for family dinner. The food was wonderful as always, we were able to sit in a room and visit. The servers were very pleasant and quick with refills on the drinks along with respect. We will be back soon.

Sorry, Rojas, but we have to break-up. We went last weekend and ordered what we normally do (sopapilla and chimichanga). After waiting for at least 20 minutes, the chips that arrived didn’t even cover the bottom of the basket and the salsa was in a ketchup dish to share. Where’s the salsa??? We waited another hour for our food, which was another shock when it arrived. The portions are down at least half, maybe even 2/3, from where they used to be. Pair all of this with really high prices and we’re done. This breakup is truly a “you” problem. We hope you get it together again soon.

This place is not good and expensive. I ordered chicken tostadas, and the chicken had absolutely no flavor. It was bland and gross. Oh yeah I also found a chicken bone, yum.

Chicken was dry and tough in the tacos and pork was little hard nuggets in the pork and avocado burritol. The beans and rice were ok and so was the scrimp burrito. The area where we sat was stuffy but thankfully our waitress opened them up. Eat downtown Pueblo, it is the best.

Parking is around back. The appeal from the front is amazing. Very clean and kept up with. Upon entering music was relaxing and I was greeted and seated promptly. I ordered an appetizer and it came out fresh and yummy. Tea might have been canned tea but it was so yummy and that isn’t said by me often. My wife is picky about cleanliness. This passed her inspection. I ordered the enchiladas and they were delicious. My wife got her tacos and thought they were amongst the best she has had in Pueblo.

If I could give zero stars I would. We waited over 40 min after sitting down only to receive mushy chille rellenos and cold undercooked rice. Our drinks weren’t refilled
