Ordered Tonkotsu broth and chicken leg ramen. I love the broth and noodle! The noodles absorb all the umami form the broth and it’s so chewy! The chicken leg is well cooked and super soft too. My only suggestion is the presentation for the ramen, it would be nice if it looks more like the picture, but the taste is amazing.

Limited ramen selections, but what they put out is excellent. The roasted chicken was smoky & tender fall off the bone with so much flavors. The pork & soft boiled eggs were right on point. Noodle was the right firmness. So much goodness in a large bowl. The mixed tempura was awesome – shrimp, mushroom, sweet potato, eggplant, zucchini, broccoli, green bean. 2 thumps up!

Excellent soups-Tonkatsu and spicy miso. Tasty and creamy. The thin noodle has good texture. Chicken karaage was juicy and tender. Would love to come back again. Pat was lovely and friendly.

Ramen was good. Toppings were fresh. They did mix up my toppings a little but that was due to mishearing me which they attempted to fix. I was disappointed to only get one half of the jammy egg. I tried my friends tempura but the batter was too thick.

Almost 5 stars overall – def 5 stars for cool/clean dining space (love the helmets on the backwall), and waitress Janelle was awesome – friendly and attentive. We’ve been meaning to try Roji after seeing it open weeks ago, but after watching the Ramen Heads documentary of top ramen shops in Japan (on Netflix), we caved into our craving for ramen and went 3 days ago!

I have high confidence in restaurants with short menus. Obviously, ramen is the star here. There are 4 options that you can customize. I ordered the chicken leg ramen in spicy miso broth and my husband had the chashu ramen in tonkotsu broth. We were both extremely happy with our choices. The chicken just fell of the bone and melted in my mouth. The spicy miso broth was rich, salty, and had just the right amount of kick. I’m absolutely going to be back.

I had the chicken leg (Paitan) in the tonkotsu broth. I thought the broth was on the mild side, and the garlic oil and the flavorful chicken leg provided a good balance. Chicken was very tasty. Pretty solid ramen.

Great waitress, great atmosphere and fun interior decoration! Cool concept of menu just awful binding that’s impossible to keep the menu flat and open

Got the spicy miso broth + chashu and chicken ramen with extra bakudan. Broth was spot on and thin noodles made it even better. This ramen combination is probably my favt.
