My husband and I went here for dinner before going to comedy show that is a block down. We were initially attracted to the selection of whiskey, and ended up being pleasantly surprised with the food. I am usually more of a wine drinker and rarely get cocktails as I am often disappointed but this blackberry smash cocktail was exceptional. I ordered the halibut and it was cooked to perfection, I got too excited eating it to get a picture. It was busy with some large parties so we waited a bit longer for drinks but the staff was very nice and apologetic.

My wife and I have been waiting for this place to open for a while now. They did not disappoint. The service was great. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the whiskey selection. The clam chowder bread bowl was great as was the sweet and spicy wings. We also had the lobster Mac n cheese. I thought it could have used a little more cheese, but it made up for it with big meaty pieces of lobster. For drinks we had the new old fashioned, which was a spin on an old favorite, and the sazarac. Saz has a bit of absinthe in it which I’m a big fan of, but not for people who want a light tasty drink, strictly for the hard-core. The decor and low lighting were a nice touch. I also liked that they don’t play sports or news on the TVs. They display some of the drinks and foods offered and some cool background scenery. I love this addition to Bellflower blvd, where you can see low riders cruising by on Friday nights. We went back Sunday where I sampled a tasty drink called the Paper Plane. It came with a little piece of a lemon peel clipped to the glass, very classy and cool.

We were there last night for their grand opening. The place did NOT disappoint! The staff, the food, the place itself – absolute 10/10. I highly recommend and have been getting questions all day asking where we have been from the photos we took last night. We will certainly be coming here again.

I started off with one of their Old Fashioned’s and it was excellent! It was just right. I ordered the Lobster Mac n’Cheese and I highly recommend it. The rib eye steak was cooked perfectly (medium rare, the only way ) and it was flavorful. I will definitely come back and try some other dishes as well as their other style of Old Fashioned drinks.

Great environment. Good Atmosphere, amazing food presentation, and excellent customer service. Clarissa was very informative. The hostess came by to check on us and give us additional input. Great addition to our city. We tried the Sea Bass, Clam Chowder, Filet Minon Sandwich and the Shrimp Pesto! Blackberry Smash Delicious.

Nice music with high volume because they’re looking to create atmosphere and they are on a main where there’s a lot of background noise. You will need to speak loud but their music playlist is Really nice servers.y only suggestion would be for them to brew coffee fresh when a customer wants some. The first cup I received had that sitting on the warmer for too long taste, but the waiter quickly and very politely made a fresh batch Nice decor and if you like whiskey it must be a plus.
