My sister lives in Taylor and she recommended this place and I gotta say it’s been a long time since I’ve eaten from a good Taco Truck . We ordered the Biria tacos , the tacos are golden brown and crunchy corn tortilla fried in oil and inside is filled with cheese and shredded tender juicy beef . You then have a side of Biria juice flavored so perfectly you can drink it like a soup Delivers in taste and we’ll served portions . Will leave your mouth tasting the flavors after your done ✅

Let me tell you. I’m from Laredo, TX a town by the border of Mexico. We know Tacos! Rolando’s is the closest I’ve come to authentic here in Taylor. I am extremely impressed with the flavor of the pastor and the Birria ternera. You all need to come and try it ASAP. If I had any criticism it would be the price, at home I can get a dozen of pastor tacos for $10. But, the economy is changing. lol. $12 for 5 it is. Great food!
