We enjoyed Roll It Up so much we went back a second time while on our vacation in Maui! We loved the atmosphere of the food truck park.. but let me tell you, our food from Roll It Up was incredible! We ate the pork dumplings, the lobster on a stick and the seafood ramen.. everything was flavorful and delicious! This place is a MUST if you’re in the Kihei area!

The order taker was very friendly, polite although I had to request my receipt . The price was reasonable for what we ordered. He stated it would be 5 minutes but it was closer to 15 – however great sushi takes time and this was very good sushi. The area was clean and well maintained with lots of choices for everyone. I’ve seen this place from when they started few weeks ago but couldn’t get the chance to try their food. Let me tell you I tried the food today as my Christmas Eve dinner, and it was a successful dinner for me. I got two rolls, here we have the spicy unagi roll and California roll with spicy mayo. Now the best of all is this place has one of the best sushi’s I had and maybe even the best sushi in Maui. From the flavors to the freshness and best of all the presentation especially from a food truck selling sushi it’s beautiful and pleasing to the eyes and mouthwatering. You will be welcome from an amazing team of Roll It Up that are there to be the best and deliver taste and a good ambiance to enjoy your meal. They are kind and hardworking people and looking at how they work inside was great that the teamwork to represent Roll It Up is amazing. Also they sell Ramen, Dumplings, Kushiyaki Sticks, and for those who are vegetarian they have veggie rolls. To the brother Judah who built this with an amazing team keep serving delicious sushi and appreciate what y’all do. Do your best be the best and forget the rest .

This is a food truck but the sushi was super fresh and highest quality. I visit a lot of sushi restaurants and this was among the very best. The Hamachi roll was the best. Service is always great. I recommend this place over any high end sit down restaurant.

I ordered my food before all of my other family members ordered there’s after me at other places. After around 20 minutes of waiting for food (after my family got there stuff) I went up and asked when my food will be ready. They sounded confused and it seemed like they forget my order, they asked my name again along with my order. After everything the food was good, definitely not great
