After hearing about how good this BBQ spot is I had to make the drive down here and hands down this is the best smoked ribs and chicken I’ve had! They have many great sides too that’ll have you ordering more! A great seating arrangement indoor or outdoor to enjoy the small town scenery. Come down to Rollin Smoke and get you some BBQ!!

The food was amazing! It was just way too hot to enjoy food. Prices are quite steep ! But be careful, if you order water.. they will charge you almost 3 bucks for a bottle of water. So, bring your own liquids.

My wife and I have been going to this place since last year and every time we’ve come, we’ve had our expectations exceeded and then some. Everything from the ribs, sausage, pulled pork, the chicken, brisket to the sides they’re all phenomenal. 10/10 highly recommend and we tell all of our friends to come here. Best BBQ in west Texas !

Tried it for the first time on Friday. I had a craving for beef ribs. Unfortunately, they only serve them on Saturday and Sunday. And from what they said they sell out fast. That was disappointing. So I ordered the brisket sandwich (picture below). I was surprised on how much came with it, especially when it came time to pay. Very reasonable! The sauce was just a bit too sweet for my liking. Also on 100+ days it’s not the best idea to eat there as it’s basically a garage. Would love to try their ribs but I probably won’t make it there in time to get any.

We came to El Paso twice. We had the bbq in our first trip here and it was stunningly good. For the second time, we drove around Texas and Louisiana and we tried a lot of Texas bbq places, none of them bid this place. So we had to come here again for the second time on our last day of the trip. This time we had dino rib, baby rib, sausage and brisket. My friend like them all. But I like dino rib the most. Strongly recommended and I’ll definitely come back if I have another chance to come to El Paso. It would be an additional plus if they can have Mexican coke in their drink menu.

We drove 4 hours one way just to try. Had ribs, brisket, chicken, sausage and Mac n cheese. It was totally worth every minute. Best fathers day gift ever. Will be back for sure.
