FINALLY! I pass the Rollin’ Smoke Handcrafted BBQ multiple times a week traveling to and from work and have been wanting to stop in for a meal. It FINALLY happened today. After a long day of appointments and general adulting, we stopped in for a meal. My husband &I shared a meal, and we had leftovers, so the portions are generous. When you walk in, there is a country bar, a open eating area with plenty of seating. The counter where you place your order is run by very friendly staff that take pride in where they work.

Was recommended to come here by my Mitsubishi Dealer as I got my car serviced. Boy am I glad they did! Rollin’ Smoke’s food is PHENOMENAL! (Had the Lonestar Wrap with their delicious fries. Tried all their sauces, too, and they’re seriously all delicious.) Service with a smile, too! Now, I have two reasons to come up to this area.

while in Clifton Park we were going to have lunch at the sandwich shop then found out it’s now Rollin’ Smoke, but figured we’d try it anyway because we’d been missing the Pig Pit in Cohoes (RiP), and let me tell you i forgot all about the sandwich shop. I had the nachos with chicken and this is legitimately one of the best things i’ve ever eaten in my life, words alone cannot do it justice. crispy, fresh, perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned & sauced, 10/10, will definitely be back! staff is super nice & fast, and love what they’ve done with the place, very clean and open. thank you so much

We used Rollin Smoke to cater our son’s graduation party in June, the food is amazing! We had burgers, hot dogs, chicken, sausage, Mac and cheese and baked beans. I would definitely use them again for catering and would make the drive over to their restaurant for the baked beans alone! The staff was attentive, the food was plentiful, and they helped to make this milestone event extra special!

Don’t get all excited about this place. The ribs may look good but they are chewy and they don’t fall off the bone. The staff can’t even put a simple order together without forgetting items. Extremely rude staff and you can tell they don’t want to be there. There are so many other places to eat in the area I would never both going here again. The food is way overpriced. It’s a huge disappointment and not good at all. Save your money and eat elsewhere. For $50 you get barley any food and will still be hungry. I do not recommend at all. It was gross and dirty feeling inside also. This place seems it will be just a pop up restaurant and close down once everyone realizes how terrible it really is.

Mac n Cheese is uninspired (I’ll add my own bbq sauce if I want it) and meat was flavorless. Second time here and it’s just not good bbq. Great service. Will have to try the wings on Wednesday’s and see if they can redeem themselves.

I came in towards the end of the day & overheard the girl saying they were sold out of a few things. Without hesitation the guy in the back made sure they had enough pork left & even said he had a hotdog option for my picky child. That was great service, the pulled pork was amazing! Really reminded me of Texas BBQ in upstate NY. Hands down the best potato salad I have ever had & even the Mac salad was good too! They give you a great amount of food for the price I paid. Super happy with this place & definitely will be back!
