Absolutely amazing! Fresh ingredients and so well prepared! A nice selection of beverages. The service was impeccable. If you are looking for sushi with a fine dining flavor but with a fun, relaxing and comforting atmosphere, this is definitely the place for you! I absolutely loved it!

Service was prompt and friendly! The fish cuts were of the highest quality and handled by an experienced chef. The menu offered not only sushi staples, but also inventive rolls that complimented the region. Highlights included the “Spicy Octo,” “Oh Boy,” and “Rainbow” Rolls. Highly recommend ordering the “Roulette” Roll that changes daily. This roll shows off the chefs creativity and understanding of complex flavors. Be sure to finish off your meal with one of their seasonal sorbets.

Was in the mood for a little sushi. I ordered the $18.00 roulette roll ( chefs choice) raw. WOW. It was a lot of very good sushi. A very small, but very busy place. I will come back the next time I am In town.

Very friendly staff and sushi tastes excellent. Very quick and attentive when eating inside. The Surf and Turf roll is probably the tastiest sushi roll that I have eaten anywhere. Definitely looking forward to trying their specials. I would recommend it to any sushi lover or someone who just wants to try it.

FISH BAIT SUSHI, smelled rotten. MOP water miso soup. salad drenched in dressing. note all reviews seem to be from “local” guides….. NO COVID protection. told to NEVER COME BACK after asking about covid protection “we get tested” yeah right. huge chunks of inedible fish. you are joking if you think this is sashimi or sushi!!!!! ginger obviously canned as it had a wonderful TIN taste and was an unhealthy PINK/ orange color. no vessel for soy sauce (this was take out, trust me the place is way to small to be COVID SAFE). avoid.

Wow. A little place near the beach, a small menu of some pretty creative stuff. Then you get your food. Although it’s not super authentic in and old timey sense it’s some of the best rolls I have hand in a very long time with great flavor profiles.

Rollout Sushi and Such has a home like atmosphere. After moving to the area a year ago, I have gained respectful friendships with everyone involved with Rollout. They make fresh delicious sushi and other related dishes that are one of a kind! My favorite part is the local craft beer and customer service that comes along with every dish, drink, and dessert.
