The food was pretty lousy. Did not taste any worse now authentic. I had read reviews before I came in and I hope to this place. As we were in town visiting for the college. They environment was family friendly, and the waitresses wear nice. Other than that there wasn’t much good about food. The rolls they gave you for pretty gross. Did not taste like they were fresh. I made the mistake of asking for a veal Parmesan and that was not on the menu. My mistake. It was horrible. It was very hard, burnt and overcooked. I’ve never tasted veal that bad of my life. The other dishes were nothing to write home about either. For the price, the meals are very small. I probably will not go back to this place. It’s just ehhh and not worth my hard earned money.

We had a very good meal at Roma Italian Bistro in Ruston. Seating was ample and the service was good. The food was excellent. The restaurant has a nice casual Ambience to it and is conveniently located although there was Construction in the area which closed down some streets.

Great friendly place to have dinner, we set at the bar. Service and food was good. We had the pasta sampler and the manicotti.

Bread was dry, like it was a couple of days old. Shrimp were over cooked & tough. This dish was supposed have Alfredo sauce, it had a watery lemon butter sauce. Paid $17.99 could have made it myself for less than $5.00

I really wish I could give it a 3.5 but because the price point is really good for what you get, I’ll settle for 4. The food is perfectly fine but maybe not the greatest or most authentic. The bread delivered to the table was pretty underwhelming – not bad just not as good as it had been talked up to us. Reasonable atmosphere. Do not sleep on the house salad dressing if you get a salad main or side – that stuff is great!

Their food is a mockery of Italian cuisine it has no flavor and no soul. Their baked Ziti is terrible and none of their dishes give what is implied. Their service is terrible and the girls are nonchalant and not polite. I made an order over the phone, and when I got there to pick it up my order had not even been placed. It is not pleasant and I definitely will not be giving them any more of my money.

It was fine. The portions were a little small, the staff were a little absorbed in whatever else was going on, the quality of the food was fine. The space itself was beautiful and attentively decorated, easy to access, and seemed quite popular for to-go orders, but I don’t feel any special need to go back.

Birthday dinner, wasn’t the first choice but it should have been. Great service, excellent food. We ordered the calamari which was prepared perfectly. Then chicken franchise and eggplant rollatini. Finished with canolis. Ended up ordering from there the following day.

Service was great! Atmosphere was great! My food was good but I was not a fan of the soupy sauce. I ordered Shrimp Scampi and what I received was not what I was expecting. Again, it was good but would not order it again. I will return as there were other items on the menu I wanted to try.

Service was fast, friendly, and correct. In the top two Italian restaurants I’ve ever eaten. The other in Broken Bow. I had the Veal Alpanese. Nothing short of perfect. When you are in Ruston, make this a must stop for you and your family.
