Probably one of the worst Italian restaurants I’ve ever visited. As an Italian when traveling I like to visit Italian restaurants just to see if I can find a gem. This is definitely not a gem. First, service is extremely slow especially when they weren’t even busy. My daughter spilled tea all over the table as the waitress thought it was a good idea to bring a toddler cup with no lid. I asked multiple times to get someone to help me but to no avail. Finally when the cook brought the food out and saw it, he cleaned it up enough so we could eat. Our waitress never brought a refill of teas either. My daughter’s spaghetti was dry as according to the cook no sauce means dry spaghetti. Any Italian knows if you put sauce on the side put some butter on the noodles to moisten them up. I asked for light sauce on the chicken parm dinner and it came out swimming in sauce. It was barley edible. I paid $32 for a meal we barely ate and stopped at Wendy’s for some burgers and chicken nuggets to bring back to the hotel. Glad I was only traveling through town.

Ordered take out. And anytime I’ve ever gotten a Gyro it’s come on a bun or naan bread in any area.. well this time it came rolled like a burrito from Taco Bell. I have never seen a gyro served in a tortilla.. -10/10 do not recommend. My dog enjoyed it though.

Roma’s is a great Italian restaurant. The food is very good and the service very good as well. The portions are large. For example one plate of spaghetti is really enough for two. And the small pizza is enough for two people. At least for us the portions are huge. Prices are very reasonable.

Good place, good food selection. Personnel is all very nice. It can be slow when they get rush of customers. Be patient. They real care here. Food is good. The last time the chicken breast in a dish was overdone and hard to eat.

Horrible customer service. My grandmother ordered me a pepperoni green pepper pizza. What we got was onions and green peppers and when we said it was wrong the lady that was serving us told us we were wrong with an attitude.

Staff is extremely nice. The food not good. We had pizza and every topping on this Deluxe pizza was canned. And the breadsticks I do not recommend.

We stopped while traveling home. We ordered mozzarella sticks as an appetizer but when we got them they were barely warm. We got a large half pepperoni pizza and we’re disappointed. It was hot and seemed the dough was fresh but the sauce was off. My husband thought it was just too sweet but I thought it tasted sour as did the marinara for the sticks. The dining area was very clean and while it was a bit outdated was comfortable. The staff was friendly but didn’t make we feel like I wanted to come back. Overall i don’t think I would go again.
