When I ordered my food I received it and it was not edible. I asked for half hawaiana and half bbq with chicken and the lady that did It absolutely drowned my pizza in bbq. When ordering over the phone she was rushing the whole conversation and I couldn’t ask a few questions that I had without getting hung up on. Definitely disappointed in today’s experience.

This was my first time visiting Roma Pizza in Middletown. I was in the mood for garlic knots. When I arrived, I called in my takeaway order, they were made fresh, in 10 minutes they were ready. They melt in your mouth, it comes with a side of marinara dipping sauce, the texture and flavor was amazing! I added this to my lunch of Garlic crabs.

Typically I order pizza from here because 1 I like their pizza and they have the pizza deals. I also live in Smyrna Delaware so It’s a bit of a hike but to me it’s not a HUGE DEAL. So today I ordered a cheese steak special ( 2 cheese steaks 2 fries and a 2 liter) and a Stromboli came to about $41. So went in found out they raised the prices.. ok so be it. Got home and opened my cheese steaks and it was like a slap on the face. I drove a half hour to get this food and spent 41 dollars and look at the pictures these sandwiches are sad. I will not do it again….. the fried onions were barely fried.. they were more like raw onions and the cheese steak had the girth of a roll of scotch tape. Picture is just to show size… not to mention the roll seemed to be stale. I think I will start going to Glasgow deli in cheswold. I WAS SUPER DISSAPPOINTED… I DONT KNOW WHAT CHANGED BUT THE SANDWICHES USE TO BE BIGGER AND CHEAPER… D9NT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Roma has Just been slipping lately. I recently ordered a cheesesteak with extra ketchup and extra cheese. There was a piece of cold cheese (1 piece!!!) on the base of the sandwich. Had no taste – I had to doctor it up and put in the oven just to eat a few bites.

Never again ordered one large pizza on Wednesday evening at 5:28 finally got the pizza at 7:30 because they had accidentally canceled the order at 6 o’clock and they still charged me.. The times in the two hours they told me it would be there in four minutes. I got it 45 minutes later after calling again I am a regular who orders 2 to 3 times a week never again. Oh and the pizza got here it was barely cooked and the cheese fell off half the pizza yes they still charge me full price
