Does this look like cheesecake to you? At least give me a refund, not something I do not want! And the cannoli was GROSS. Texture was disgusting, felt like I was eating sand, and the sweetness was too much. Pizza was fine, but for “pepperoni suicide”, there was very little pepperoni. Garlic bread was good at least!

I ordered a build your own cheese pizza and added spinach. When I got it, it had tomatoes and onions on it and I called and told them it was wrong. The guy insisted that he made it himself and said I ordered a spinach pizza which comes with tomato and onion. I tried to explain I didn’t order a spinach pizza but he got an attitude with me and said ok fine, if you come here I will make you another one. I said that I couldn’t come there and that’s why I ordered delivery. He kept getting an attitude and making it seem like it was my fault and that I ordered the wrong thing and I didn’t. I am now out $15 with no pizza.

Received an online delivery service order and was completely missing something that I specifically asked for extra of.When I contacted the restaurant to see what we could work out, whether through a refund or redelivery, I spoke with a gentleman on the phone who was very rude and bull headed. He insisted that I bring the food back to receive a refund. I explained to him that I was without a car, hence the need for me to order it through a delivery service, so I would not be able to bring it back. He cut me off and told me he would not refund me anything without me bringing the food to him in person. I did my best to reason with him and he abruptly ended the conversation by hanging up on me. Bad business. I called back and a woman answered. I asked who I had just spoken with and if I could possibly speak with a manager. She stated that “ we don’t really have managers here.”, and that the person I had just been hung up on by, was in, fact, the owner.

Ordered thin crust pizza and did not receive thin crust, ordered mozzarella sticks and they were cold and gross, wings were soggy and not worth the $16 I paid for them, asked for ranch and didn’t receive it, the cheesy breadsticks were good. Photo of wings, we each tried one so 2 eaten and that was $16
