We are from out of town but we decided to give this place a try, and we are so glad we did! We had pizza, a calzone, a cheeseburger, and a cranberry salad. The food looked and tasted amazing- each one of our meals! And service was great too! When we are in town again, we are definitely coming back here!

I was there a couple of days ago and I was not impressed by any means. Usually it’s a decent experience and they’re the only place around I can eat gluten free and I usually eat there at least once a week but I don’t think I’ll be back. We were first charged for a gluten free family size (which as far as I’m aware they don’t make) on the receipt it had a gluten free cheese with only the gluten free $2.00 charge and a family size cheese (which is what we ordered) turns out she charged us wrong and never actually made the gluten free and then said well I didn’t charge you enough so I need your card back so we repay again and then she forgets we’re there and another girl comes back up 15 minutes later and the pizza has been done for who knows how long. The girl that served us was in no way friendly nor did she apologize or really try to help in anyway. Romas has went down hill majorly lately and their service is no longer worth the price.

Sparse cheese, crust that doesn’t resemble a lick of NY style pizza (NY style uses high gluten flour; Roma’s allegedly uses all purpose) and little flavor. We haven’t had Roma’s in a while and I gave it another shot. Look at the photo to see how odd the pizza was cut. Strange. This pizza had very little flavor. The pasta is obnoxiously greasy (as if the employees don’t know how to emulsify a sauce — they weren’t trained). The garlic knots and salads are good. However, a pizza, pasta and salad should not be $56+. Not worth visiting. You have to drive an hour to Bristol to get legitimate Italian food around here.

I was placed on a long extended hold when it became apparent the dude either a. Forgot or b. Was too busy to inform another employee to take our order. When I had to call back on my husbands phone, which was immediately picked up and serviced by a young female there was no apology or explanation provided.

Just went there last night November 13th 2021 The place was dirty stuff everywhere all over the floors, sat down took about 15min just to take our drink orders. After we ordered our food and got it back my step son’s chicken tenders was not done in the middle. Sent them back and asked for chicken nuggets instead can’t mess those up right? Wrong get five chicken nuggets back and 2 of them was raw I mean like red pink…. will not be going back.

Wifes food was good I waited almost 50 mins for mine and it still hasn’t arrived. My wife is finished eating and I have not even started yet. AFTER AN HOUR AND TEN MINUTES I CALKED IT AND WE LEFT Very disappointing. Very poor managment I will not be returning.
