Had the double dough pizza. I like thick crusts, but this was was flavorless and dry and extremely thick. It wasn’t a stretched dough but rolled and had additional balls of dough rolled under it to increase thickness. Would not order it again. I’d maybe try other things

I’ve been coming to Romanesco’s since I was about 10 in elementary. Don’t get me wrong I love this place because it’s close to home and I don’t have to go as far for anything. But lately for the last… oh.. I don’t know 2-3 years their pizza has gone down hill. I remember they would ALWAYS make fresh slices, now today I went in and saw that the pizza looked old. I still bought it considering I was in the mood for pizza, I took a bite and the whole tip was hard kinda like biting into a old biscuit that’s been sitting out for a day or so. I’ll still come and give them a few whirls but as of right now I’m not thinking about going back anytime soon.

My issue is with their 5 star app. They send out a free coupon each week that says if you buy a medium or larger pizza, you can get a free small cheese one with it for free. Not in my case. I told them I had the coupon on the app, but they still charged me for the so called free pizza. The guy at the counter said the coupon is only good for a free slice, but the app says it’s good for a free small cheese pizza. They explained it after I had already paid. Disappointed..

My experience was awful. The pizza was dried out thick and everyone hated it. Suppose to be. 2 Chicago style thin. They forgot to add oil one was thin other thick. Not a fan.
