The pizza was ok. Wasn’t particularly amazing but decent Chicago style pizza. The place felt a little dingy and the plates were small lipped styrofoam, which was terrible for eat pizza on.

I want to say I am disappointed that they aren’t opening up their own location, instead a collaboration with Mario’s deli. Romanos was a place where families would come and enjoy themselves and in a sense felt like a community and family. They would have karaoke nights, wine and paint, and more . and overall I always felt like family whenever I would come here and the owners were amazing. Food was outstanding and fresh. Now that they are in collaboration with Mario’s deli, it’s not the same unfortunately. They close so early on the weekends seriously? We miss you guys. Come back!!! Open up your own location please 🙁

I haven’t been here in some time. And I must admit they are much better than I remember. I am a true advocate of a single slice and a meatball sandwich. I have to say, this establishment will not disappoint. Original post 8 months ago. Now closed presumably due to covid19 shutdown. Hope they come back.

ordered takeout . Masks required to enter. Cook had mask, but “owner”(?) wasn’t wearing a mask. Phoned order in and all was correct! very Reasonable prices !! ordered Greek , Mediterranean salads, egg plant sandwich, Ravioli with meat sauce. Salad dressings served in individual packets . the Ravioli wasn’t my order but I tasted the sauce, VERY GOOD. The others also said the egg plant parmesan sandwich was good . for 3 salads, sandwich and Ravioli, out bill was $34+ change . Always always leave a tip for takeout !

Would never go back. I ordered a chicken parmigiana sandwich and it was horrible. My friend ordered a beef sandwich & it was nothing like a Chicago beef should be. We didn’t know what it was. The antipasto salad was nothing like I ever tasted. The meat looked like it was months old. Bad time! Maybe the pizza is better.
